I have seen way too many movies with Owen Wilson. I have yet to see him act. He's always the same guy, which I assume is who he is when he's not acting.
He could be like Will Smith, constantly type cast. The most I saw Owen Wilson act was in Midnight in Paris and that was only because it was obvious Woody Allen was giving notes to sound more like Woody Allen
That's the point. He's said Wow so many times that he wasn't even getting paid for. That $135k per wow is just wrong. This meme is just trying to inflate the value of Wowen Wilson.

I did the math. The $1324 they give was $1324.243 in my calculator, which multiplied by 102 gives $135,072.80.
