To hide the soundstage they're building for the mars landing. It's my fault, really, I forgot to forward the order for the regolith camo dropcloths on time. The project lead decided there wasn't enough leeway to delay construction so it's been quite a strain on the PR team.
Honestly I'm incredibly embarrassed. My manager is telling me it's okay and that everyone makes mistakes but honestly I almost wish they would fire me. Everyone here at Illuminati hq has been incredibly understanding and kind to the point it makes me feel weird.
