Fetterman is gone in 28. There's no chance of him making it as a republican if he switched parties, and no chance of him winning his next primary. The only real question is if there will be a viable Dem for his seat after he's gone, most likely yes, but it will most likely be a tight race.

That's of course assuming we have elections in the future.
