A lot of apps now have this gesture, if you double tap on an image but keep dragging after the second tap it should function as a pinch-zoom. Can we have this for opened media please?

Based on the video it looks like you are running into a bug where some animation is getting stuck. It's likely a bug caused by some combination of settings. Hmm, I see what you're saying.
I could be wrong, but that doesn't look like the Summit app to me (at least not the way mine looks). Sorry if this is a redundant question, but are you actually using the Summit app?
