Still amazes me how much cheaper things are in the US. We've needed six figures to buy a home here in Canada for over ten years. Hell, if you need a home for a family, most three bedrooms start at $500k, which requires a household income of at least $200k to pass the mortgage stress test.

they really should limit one state per list point and maybe then just under it list all the cities that are expensive in that state.
