I'm pretty sure people will defend Pol Pot on .ml. As for Hoxha, most Americans probably won't have heard of him and he's pretty much forgotten in Europe too.
Lenin in particular ordered a massacre of hundreds of prostitutes because he felt they were 'distracting' the Red Army, and approved of forced labor camps to 'reform' sex workers.
