Actually you can't because i don't believe in the value of money.
But if you send me an address, i can send you a copy by good old mail. Or I can upload the pdf somewhere for a print-it-yourself copy.

By meeting me randomly at a bar or by sending me an address (I'll mail it). I only accept small change money hand to hand, beers, stickers for my computo or nothing as payment.
I'll upload it for print-it-yourself copy at some point. Maybe tomorrow.
