Yeah, tubeless rims are formed in a mold and don't have seams.

Unless by chance it's just a plastic hub cap.. Maybe.. 🤷

I meant whether it's a plastic hubcap or a full aluminum rim. Either way I know the posted tire is already on a rim..

For the seam, yeah that's gotta be a plastic hubcap.
