Washington state tech layoffs are second highest in the country

Logically this makes sense, we're also number two for number of tech workers. I don't think this is a meaningful stat. I'd be more surprised if we were number 20 and Alabama was number 2.

Just give it a little time, and I'm sure we can get to first!
