Three's a party: US, China, and now Russia are on the prowl in GEO

If the US actually launches ballistic interceptor satellites and tilts the balance of power, then China could probably match with their own constellation, but I wonder if Russia would go scorched earth and try to Kessler Syndrome all of it.
