Maybe a colony of enteridium lycoperdon slime mold? Yours looks disturbingly like teeth. Some look like this.

Google Lens says it's Dead Man's Fingers (Xylaria polymorpha). I guess it's possible. It seems to really live up to the polymorpha part of it's name in images.
