If this is true thats very interesting. I actually wonder how much money the Saudi's will put into the top 4 clubs. The rest of them feel like they are going to have to feed off of the scraps until a TV deal is put in place.
If not for the injection of cash, I think these type of loan to buy deals are more in line what we will see from the Saudi league.

30m is definitely right on the edge of what I'd be willing to accept.
If we could get it up to 35-40, I'd say go for it.
