Why would you waste time with your best friends with fucking smalltalk?

The best part of this comment is that I can't tell which side you're supporting.

I hate trying to remember and recite what people talked about. I have a hard time remembering shit and it makes me bad being acutely aware that I forget things so easily

This actually just sounds like old friend shit. You pick up where you left off. No one is going out as a group of ten on what I assume is a camping trip or retreat to talk about the things they are taking a break from. They talked about the same dumb shit that everyone talks about when you don't have all the stresses of life on you.

While nice to know, I wouldn't want to waste in person time talking about that. You can tell me about it over text or something. It's a lot more difficult to shoot the shit over text. That's an in person thing.

I don't even want to hear any of that over text at all. I can Google African countries, I don't need my friends to tell me.

They had a fucking great time and he just doesn't want to explain what they were really doing/talking about.
"Uhh, we played wooords...and John says hi.... that'd about it, nothing interesting, really...."

Why is the text/font like that? It looks like it was all cut out and pasted in.

Because it's fake. We are flooded again with stories "that happened."
