Now this is the part I say I didn't know this was even in the game and this event is quite local to me ðŸ˜
If you're interested in the real event, there's a Wikipedia article here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cooper's/_Hill/_Cheese-Rolling/_and/_Wake. It's taking place tomorrow if anyone is interested in watching it (looks like the BBC is broadcasting it but don't know of any non-UK sources that are). I'm quite surprised this is the only UK event in New Horizons and it's quite an odd one to have given its region specific too anyways (and is also a very dangerous event).
