Paderborn promoted to the Bundesliga as Wolfsburg relegated

Just for context: Wolfsburg has a budget somewhere around 200 million Euros while Paderborn has about 40 million Euros. Wolfsburg is wholly owned by Volkswagen and any losses by the football club will be covered by the company. Paderborn meanwhile is fully 50+1 compliant and therefore fan owned. While I don't care about Paderborn at all, this is still an amazing achievement and an overall improvement for the Bundesliga.
