The "+" and "..." suggests it's a popup with options, I'd imagine Nintendo wouldn't allow negative ones but a set like "Yeah", "Wow", "Thanks", "Respect" seems reasonable for different situations. But I couldn't find screenshots of the UI with anything other than "Yeah"
Miiverse did this quirky thing where every possible response was "yeah" but with different punctuation. So your expanded options were "Yeah?" "Yeah!" and "Yeah..."
