The only thing required to obtain a Duelighedsbevis is that you take a privately offered competency exam. A lot of Danish sailing test providers are willing to offer the test in English.
Thr Copenhagen Sailing School, for example, offers their entire course selection in English.
Ok. The reason I am asking is that I would combine this with the license for a motorboat, and I would exceed the amount of horsepower where I don't need anything

Also it's not actually required to have a license if the boat is small enough (and is a sailboat).
