We've been hearing the "NATO is going to make Vladimir Putin rue the day!" since South Ossetia in 2008.

At this point, it's an emptier threat than Marco Rubio saying we're going to reopen The Straight of Hormuz by any means necessary.

Defund NATO, give the money to the only people willing to attack Russia on their own territory - Ukraine.

Has Romania invoked article V?
