Lights only on the house sounds good to me, you don't need to overlight the foreground, a few "practical" wall lamps and windows on the house will provide nice backlight that will make the scene look more 3D and pleasing to look at, also it'll help hide away detail from the layers closer to the front and sell the realism better.

PS: the brown bit is a trëe, the black a fence. Lighting will only be in the house for now.
