I was really wondering how they could be of use and didn't see one outside of maybe racing games until I went to map the back paddles in Death Stranding.
I set them up as left, right hand action so i can stabilize the backpack and equipment.

I use them for L3 R3 on games that need them, makes it much easier to push.
