What are the most brutal online piracy cases you know of?

I was thinking of stuff like jailing teenagers over the unauthorized use of M$ Office or similar stuff. Would be great to have get some references, can't find anything currently but the biggest cases (Kim Dotcom, Aaron Swartz)
