A bit and no. Theoretically you could argue that the trans at some point of the story. But yes it is misnormer and transgender itself as well. It's rarely tagged with "sex change", which I consider more appropriate sind they usually focus on changing bodies including genitals. Or at least those I've ran into.
I've never seen the term "gender transformation" being used somewhere, so I assumed it means what's usually tagged tgtf.
