Rename the ocean monitoring system to the oceanic data center. They’ll throw billions at it.

There’s absolutely a reason for it. No data means no data. That’s way better for destructive big money than alarming data demonstrating a need for action.

Yes there is. They're funded by fossil fuel companies. They've been trying to hide the data for years.
