The mortgage for my house says I cannot "use or permit the use of the Property for any illegal or immoral purpose". Eating meat is clearly immoral, ergo, it's not permitted (by my bank) to eat meat in my house right?
If someone asks to eat meat in my house can I say it's against the terms of my mortgage?

Wow immoral? That’s a vague clause.
Btw if you want out of your lease, just do something “immoral” and claim you’re moving out. Self eviction!!
