I wonder how much Musks defunding/dismantling/disarray of science, space and environmental agencies hurt the need for his big rockets?

Exactly, science is dead in the US, Musk and Trump killed it.

SpaceX would be doing much better in an administration that didn't carpet bomb the space program along with almost every other form of subsidized scientific research.

As it stands people are starting to die in large numbers from the collapse of the US healthcare system from project 2025, Trump, Musk and others, the whole fuss about putting rockets far into space is going to be forgotten here pretty damn fast in favor of conversations that center more closely around individual survival.

I mean, from what I've heard it's basically Starlink with two massive money burning dumpster fires spot welded to it so... I'm still skeptical of even that.

Any retail investor who buys into this obvious pile of dogshit deserves to get screwed.

Many won’t have much of a choice. NASDAQ recently changed the rules so that large enough companies can be added to the index within 15 days of IPO. If they do that then everyone with ETFs or mutual funds that follow the index will be owning SpaceX stock whether they realize it or not. This will likely happen before the average person even realizes it.

I hope they get the mother of all lawsuits for that blatant bullshit.
