Sorry. New user. Don't know where this belongs.

Will lemmy ban/kick me for using trIgger words or phrases like punch , kick... (the bad, abusive actor) like reddit bots do?

This space is not a monolith with a singular set of rules.

It's a network of different ones that interface with each other.

Short answer: no

You are welcome. I tried to be brief but can answer follow-up questions.

I would also like to point out that you aren't signed up on a lemmy server but will still come across their users and communities/posts. You're on piefed, different devs, features, etc. But fully compatable with Lemmy, kbin, etc.

This side of Fedi is often known as the "threadiverse".

Lets get together to punch and kick some reddit bots

I'm down.

I replied to a thread where the woman asked if she was overreacting about her father hitting her ill 14 year old dog because it peed on the couch. I replied that she should make sure that when her dad is old and and can't can't control his bladder she should hit him back. I went back to edit the post in less than 1 second to change it to "not" hit him. I was already banned for 7 days for inciting violence or something.

I redacted as many of my posts as I could, deleted a bunch more. And deleted my 5 year old account.

Nuance is lost on reddit mods, or whatever models now moderate over there. I wouldn't know.

That was my second ban. The first one had to do with how to handle rapists. I suggested that the families of the victim should be allowed to beat the shit out of the perpetrator. I was bot banned for 3 days for suggesting violence.

Again, emotional language isn't understood over there.
