Ok, I need to track down this show now. I loved it as a kid and haven't seen it since.

there was evidently a ton of drama behind the scenes where Disney execs wanted it to sell toys and the writers wanted a coherent story with mature topics kids could comprehend.

To the shows credit, they were absolutely snarky and sarcastic with the toy promotions, like the gargoyles openly questioning why they even need a helicopter when they can already fly.

Also, they destroyed the toy placement motorbike within minutes of it first appearing.

I don’t know if I’d really call David Warner or Ron Perlman “Star Trek Stars” as much as stars who also appeared in Star Trek. But a pretty solid list otherwise!

Ron Perlman appeared in Star Trek?

Nemesis, I believe. He recently went on Franks and Spiner's podcast. It was great
