(?) Mclaren 765LT(?), Paris, France

Having a hard time identifying the spec on this car. The badging looks like 720S, but the body looks like 765LT. Wheels look like they’re badged McLaren, but I can’t find the year that optioned that style. A 720 with some 765 kit on it?
