A Camel pack. A water pack you wear like a backpack, and drink through a long hose. I've seen it used for long distance runners where they want to hydrate while not messing with their gate.

Water or hydration bladder. They go inside all sorts of different packs for basically any activity you'd wear one for.
CamelBak* is a brand name and not a very good one these days.
