Are you referring to my questionable font choice? IDK about the left-hand side of the image, I just downloaded the template but it looked right to me, all I did was add in the text, as one is want to do with memes.

doesnt work in my silly overgendered language we literally say ms/mr doctor which is absolutely insane if i think about it

Pretty weird how some languages literally use "o" for all their pronouns while other language say that the table is obviously a woman.

Doesn't work against "miss" ngl. People will still specify with a "female doctor," even when the context is not needed.
