One of my favourite things about summer is making "Gubbröra" with my own vegetables 😁 I'm not sure how to translate "Gubbröra" so I'm taking suggestions....

Gubbröra (roughly translates to "old man's mix") is a classic Swedish dish that is often served for holidays such as Easter, Midsummer and Christmas.

@OhmsLawn I feel like the "Old man" part in that translation doesn't fully describe the word "Gubbe" 😂

Coriander, jalapeño, dill, and caviar? Are the eggs part too? I'm so confused lol

It's Swedish and contains fish, eggs and herbs. It's used as a spread on bread.

Based on the recipe posted, I think in English, it would just be called "potato salad". Maybe to distinguish from other forms of potato salad, it would be called "Swedish potato salad"

Egg salad, no potatoes in this recipe.
Old Swedish Egg Salad sounds good to me.
