My husband and I were wondering how much a normal person, i.e. not a pilot or space traveler, makes. How good or bad are the conditions in the depths of a Coriolis station? Would one courier mission for a normal person make them super wealthy among their peers? Is one credit worth a lot to a lower class person?
Personally I think a survival game on a poorly running or oppressive Coriolis station where the goal was getting a sidewinder and leaving would be a really nice bit of world building and potential for storytelling. It would flesh out a lot of how society functions and maybe give you a better idea of how harsh the Elite universe is.

I’m not sure, but that might be mentioned in one of the novels. https://elite-dangerous.fandom.com/wiki/Fiction

It's hell for the average person. I'm planning on a YouTube video exploring this topic.
