Fun fact: my OnePlus 13 had LHDC 5.0 in Jan 2024. Google's phones (which are midrange at best) and Samsung's flagship S series are always behind China's flagships
Edit: I see. LHDC allows hi-res audio to be streamed to music devices that weren't made by the same manufacturer as the phone. Until now Google and Samsung have forced standard streaming quality for tech that's not theirs.
Yah sure maybe some I still see the majority using wireless. Just like all the talk about them being anti Ai. And then you get stories about the rampant use of AI n schools.
