‘No warnings’: Extreme water restrictions continue amid drought, fines will be assessed

The rivers are still so low.

My boss did get fined - she didn't know the restrictions had gotten more restrictive and was watering too late in the morning.

So besides being only on your one day, there is also no sprinkler between 4am & 8pm; no hand watering between 8am & 6pm.
