I just started one, but I don't intend to make it sparkling. I canned some strawberry jam earlier this summer. Took a couple jars and couple pounds of honey. Well see how she does in a few weeks.

Something with ginger and citrus is quite refreshing. Maybe some berries for a hint of color and flavor.

It's so delicious though. You can put the bananas in a ferment bag for easy removal!
