Man, I hate it when people come to the gym just so they can faint on the floor. So annoying stepping around their body/corpse when I'm trying to rerack the dumbbells.
Let this be a lesson to all those people who don't want to go to the gym because they're afraid people will look at them in a judgingly negative way. The reality is, no one at the gym looks at you at all. Everyone else is just there to get their shit done, flex a little bit, and go home.
Also, please don't die at the gym because I really need to use those mats.

you clearly don't go to the gym, or your gym, somehow, never heard of assholes who are there just to record BS videos and not in fact workout.

People like to rip on Planet Fitness, but I can say that in 15 years of going to PF daily I have never once seen somebody recording themselves.

I assume you kept up with it?
I started there, unbelievably sore the days after, to needing to really fuckin send it to even feel sore at all the next day.
To anybody worried about the soreness, keep getting after it! It goes away! (Or at least, you'll never be as sore as those first few weeks)
