Do you think dogs like the pitter patter on the coat, like it is nice to hear it on an umbrella?

I like summer rains. Just walking outside and getting wet in warm weather.

My sisters dog really does not like rain. She bought a raincoat for him, but if he wears it, he simply does not move. He just just standing still and does not move one step. He prefers getting wet over wearing a coat.
