It's really depressing that it's a genuine surprise when the supreme court rules in a way that isn't fascist and oppressive/corrupt.

They also denied to hear his request to overturn his sexual abuse conviction.
I fear these "small" wins are just the court preparing to make some horrendous and damaging future decision that leads the USA even closer to fascism.

i don’t think tomorrow is going to be a good day.
Edit: Welp, 1 for 3. Birthright citizenship was upheld (good), but money now is the only voice in politics and trans people can further be discriminated against.
