People who don't turn off their brights when they're close to other people on the road

Not exaggerating, I deal with this every night. No less than 3 vehicles each night do this. Rarely do any of them ever turn them off when I flash mine back.

And a decent percentage of them also go slower than the speed limit and refuse to move over for faster traffic. They nearly always have a line of cars behind them.

These morons need their cars taken from them permanently.
