Paid for Discord decoration, got an error, never received the item but support silent almost for a week

Bought some Discord decoration a while back. Got an error saying something went wrong during checkout, but the payment still went through. Never got the item though. Contacted support almost a week ago, radio silence since then. Anyone else dealt with this? Wondering if it’s a known issue or if I just need to wait longer (Paid with Paypal)
