Being sarcastic doesn't mean you have a sense of humor. It means you are passive aggressive.

There are better ways to describe "non caustic sarcasm". Dry wit, tongue in cheek, banter, or just plain joking.

Passive aggression on the other hand is defined by sarcasm.

Only if the sarcasm is said with malice. Sarcasm can be just humor, not malicious.
