Instead of putting its games on PC, Sony apparently wants to escape the reputation that "PlayStation equals the living room" by selling monitors and speakers

Looks like ChatGPT business strategy.
RIP PlayStation 1994-2026

Saw the gabencube costing $1k with no discs or drive and their eyes turned green. Pathetic.

That has a storage drive though?

It really just shows how out of touch management is that they think people buy games on PC because of computer monitors and speakers (which can already be connected to existing hardware).

Wow, Sony, the consumer electronics corporation, is going to continue to produce consumer electronics they are already mass manufacturing.

They're really doing a shit job.

This is going to end badly for Playstation.

I've been increasingly disappointed in Sony products the last few years. The reliability amd durability of their electronics has become spotty, with their TVs in particular. Add the fiasco they're pulling with the PlayStation, and I don't know that I'll be spending on anything from them for quite a while

I don't really know what to say... Is there anybody still on board?

Maybe it'll work better the second time. I completely forgot these things existed despite owning one lol

Like HMV decided to concentrate on selling drop-shipped crap instead of music.
