I used to live like this in my early 20s when I worked nights. I'd wake up around 4pm and go to bed around 8am.

Honestly, it's not that bad until you need to interact with regular modern society. Like, if you work 9-5, imagine if the only time you could go to the bank was between 11pm and 7am.

Yeah. I used to get up around 6am during my early twenties. I loved it. I'd pack a snack the night before and head straight out the door at 6am to go to the sea while there were very few people up yet.

Unfortunately the people I lived with didn't go to bed until late so I couldn't get to sleep early enough, but I loved those 90 minutes of feeling like I had the world to myself.

Yah…

I mean at least I can have breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast. And I can listen to all the audio books and music I want because no one cares if you’ve got headphones in on the night shift
