that someone wants all the dissenters to their agenda listed so they can be dealt with later after they have removed more rights from people. control and removal of "unwanted" is the only reason this is pushed. Maybe the rich elite is getting antsy over how the climate breakdown is starting to affect regular people more and more and they want to be ready when people might start questioning if its good to have parasitic class.
