Talk about ownership. Digital games should be .iso or .mkv that have as much freedom as a disc. They should not be tied to any account. They should not expire. They should be transferable from the console to any media. There should be no network connection "dongle" in order to play a game or for the game to be able to run. And that should be the minimum requirement legal for a company be able to be digital only.

I'm not a gamer but I would think no sane person with human integrity would settle for less than what I said above. The same goes for music and movies and all digital product.

Or there should be a mandatory for the seller for you to have the option to sell it. Through their platform or some other transfer of ownership. This needs to become legislation.

If you have paid for it, you own it.
