No more jungle primary? A new initiative would end California’s ‘top two’ system

I think most Californian voters would prefer Ranked Choice Voting. I would prefer RCV and think we should jump straight to that option. But if I had to choose between the current system, and going back to having political party primaries, I would prefer to vote in a CA state Democratic primary over a jungle primary.
