I don't think so, poor Sonic doesn't want to shit himself, so he's trying to keep his rectum closed, but the incontinence is working against him, so it rapidly pulses open and closed. QED.

The "frame rate" of the human eye simply cannot keep up with how fast he's spinning. A single observed revolution is actually 7 revolutions.
