Thanks to njmill for taking this on, we now have native support for the Tobii Eyetracker 5 on Linux. It also includes some specific features for integrating with Star Citizen, although this should be able to work with other games as well.
There are manual install instructions in case your distro is not supported by the install script.
This public tree contains the current working runtime path:
- Native Linux USB/TTP reader for Tobii ET5 gaze and in-band IR frames.
- MediaPipe-based head pose in the live dashboard.
- Stock Star Citizen Tobii DLL compatibility services.
- Live head pose and gaze delivery into Star Citizen's native Tobii mode.
