Stufflebeam v. Harris, 06-4046 (8th Cir. 2008) ruled that it is unconstitutional for police to request identification of a vehicle passenger without reasonable suspicion that they are engaging in criminal conduct. Just another way that Republicans are trying strip away our rights in Ohio
