Does anyone know where to download James Markham's "The Claims Environment"?

Its about insurance industry, cant find it on any of the usual suspects

Just FYI, this book seems dated AF. If you want to learn about the insurance industry, there are much better options. These things evolve very quickly. If you’re trying to become an adjuster, it’s probably worthless to waste your time on.
